Born on December 2 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model best known for her roles in TV shows and films. Brandt was the first actress to make her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand which is a drama set in the past. Brandt began her acting career in New Zealand who appeared on Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has been featured on a variety of TV series during the past 10 years. Brandt portrays the role of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer, which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa. After her late teens, she emigrated along with her parents to Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's profession began as a model, appearing in magazine and television advertisements. Her rise to stardom as a supermodel started when she was working in retail and information technology recruiting. Her first starring part in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the character of Leilani Fa'auigaese. The first time she appeared on screen was in 2021 as she played the role of a slave girl Naevia in the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role as Naevia. Craig Parker and she co-starred in three different television shows, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016 she started playing an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix hit series Lucifer. Her leading role until this point. This show has her co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
